A: Dear Customer,

Text Message credits (SMS/WhatsApp) can be purchased at any time. You as an admin/owner of Team pay for text message credits as you purchase them. Once you've purchased text message credits, they are immediately available for use by every user within the team (Centralized billing for the team).
Its not possible for individual user of team to buy sms credits.

You spoke of agency use Case. I'm unable to conceptualize it with the free trial. Basically I want to have 100 customers who want to book their own clients. What exact steps would I take to make it happen.

2. How does your roadmap get updated? I would like to submit having a wait list where other customers are notified of a canceled appointment so that they can book the time.

3. How is your uptime?
