Q: Quick Question About Your Form Embed + Google Sheets Integration

Hi there, I’m looking for a simple form solution I can use on my AI-built websites. Ideally, I’d just paste a snippet of code and have a form I created on the backend appear on the page. When someone submits it, the data should go directly into a Google Sheet, which seems to be what your tool does.

Before purchasing, I want to confirm that this setup works as expected. From what I’ve seen, it...

A: Hi! Yes, this works exactly how you're imagining it. Paste a snippet, and form submissions flow straight into your Google Sheet, usually within seconds.

For AI-built sites, you actually have three ways to do it. I'd start with the first one - it's the closest to "paste and go":

1. Autocapture SDK (easiest — recommended)
Paste one script snippet into your site, once. From then on, it...

Q: Connecting Form to CRM

Good day folks,

I have Salesnexus and use it form my CRM on leads. My forms are coming from Formaloo. I do not want to use zapier to connect the information coming in. The is a code problem between the two platfroms that does not allow me to capture the the leads coming in from the forms. Would I be able to use LeadToSheet through a webhook or API to transfer the leads to LeadToSheet then...

A: Hi, thanks for the detailed question - and yes, LeadToSheet can absolutely sit in the middle here as a workaround. No Zapier needed.

Here's how the flow would work:

1. Formaloo to LeadToSheet
Formaloo supports outbound webhooks, so you'd point its webhook at a LeadToSheet endpoint. We give you two ways to receive: a Form Endpoint (a unique URL you POST form submissions to), or our REST API...

Q: Do you have any real examples of how this is used?

Do you have any real examples of how this is used?

For instance, would it be possible to use it as a landing page to collect emails from clients and tutors on my own custom domain?

Could you please let me know if there is any documentation available about setting up webhooks?

A: Hi there!

Thanks for getting in touch, happy to share some examples.

To answer your question: You can create a Hosted Form using our Form Builder, which you can share the link to and fully brand and customize the form's look and feel. Custom domains are coming in the next week or two at most!

In terms of webhooks - you're welcome to check our webhooks documentation here:...

Q: Each Site has it's own Sheet?

This looks amazing! I have two questions:

1. Can LeadToSheet be used on multiple sites, with each site’s responses sent to a different Sheet? For example, can Domain A's responses be sent to Sheet A and Domain B to Sheet B?

2. Can different forms on the same site be linked to different Sheets? For example, can a form for Product A be sent to Sheet A and a form for Product B be sent to Sheet B?

Thank you!

A: Hi MagnoliaGeek,

Thanks for the feedback!

1. That's correct! You can use it on as many sites as you like and each site gets it's own sheet - automatically created when each site is added.
2. We're actually working on this at the moment, to allow for "One Site, Many Forms, Many Sheets", and it should be in by Monday :)

Looking forward to hearing more suggestions, and I'll be sure to keep you...
