I hope you’re well. Following the migration from learniverse.xyz to learniverse.app, I reviewed the Account Settings and noticed a few limitations that differ from the previous platform (I bought tier 4 LTD).
Specifically: - Learning groups: previously up to 10; now limited to one academy. - Learners: previously up to 3,000 (300 learners per group across 10 groups); now limited to 300 total learners. - Courses: previously unlimited; now limited to 1,000 courses.
Could you please explain the reasons for these changes and whether there are options to adjust or upgrade these limits? If there’s a recommended path (e.g., different pricing plans, migration steps, or a roadmap), I’d appreciate your guidance.
We did launch Learniverse Agentic Update but no changes to existing LTD customers. Existing LTD customers will ALWAYS keep their tiers, limits, etc.
We might change the AppSumo tiers and offers in the future, so If you want to seal in the likely higher limits with this version then you are welcome to do so.
In tier 4, it says: 10 learning groups and 300 learners per group. So, when I looked at the Account Settings, I noticed that there is a limit of 300 learners that you can manage. Should it be 3000? I could understand if a person is assigned to manage a group, but I am the owner of the account. Could you explain? Thank you.
I'd like to check on the timeline for custom domains. It's been awhile since I've visited the app and I haven't used it only because custom domain was not ready.. still I invested and tested the platform with positivity. I just need the custom domain out for me to roll out.
A: Hey Dean! Thanks for checking back. Great things take time -- you can think of it as a complete revamp of Learniverse. It is very close to being ready. Thanks for your patience.
Any updates on a likely release? We're about to purchase, as have starters joining us in 3 weeks.. So Ideally I didn't want to build an onboarding course.. in an old version for it to all change whilst we're building out courses
Q: New platform, new limitations for tier 4 LTD?

Aug 19, 2025A: Hi there, it is 300 learners per group, so 3000 learners total but split among 10 groups. Your settings show for each group your current limit.

Q: In urgent need for custom domain
Hey Learniverse team,
I'd like to check on the timeline for custom domains. It's been awhile since I've visited the app and I haven't used it only because custom domain was not ready.. still I invested and tested the platform with positivity. I just need the custom domain out for me to roll out.

Aug 12, 2025A: Thanks for checking back! custom domain feature is added to next update which is about 1-2 weeks out

Is the custom domain included in all tiers or specific tier, if so, which one?
Only the Tier 4 will include custom domain
Q: when is next planned update expected? That has been awaiting since long?
