Q: I've never received the validation code or any confirmation code

We have bought the tier 4 but haven't received any validation code. We have tried to reach the support throught the website but it says that to reach you, we must do it throught the website (which is strange when we're already on it) or per email without providing any email address. I've tried the email from the Appsumo redemption page and here too to be sure. It also says (When we request to speak to someone) to wait until someone from your team reaches out, but no other info until now, not even the support opening hours or a mail saying that you have received the support ticket.

Can you please have a look?
