There was no mention of this in the app sumo plan differences. But when logging in, it doesn't allow me to invite another team member to manage the administer learning environment? We're on license tier 3.
Please tell, wie you will fix the login problem! I gave Learniverse a chance. Initially, I was very impressed with the excellent AI course creation, but then I encountered major problems with my students being able to log in. Some never receive an email, not even in their spam folder. Others can't log in despite repeated attempts; they always get an error message. For others, the website is blocked as unsafe and a phishing threat. Even when students do manage to log in, they are later logged out, or their learning progress is often displayed incorrectly and reverts to zero. For months, Learniverse support has been unable to resolve this issue. With a heavy heart, I now have to rebuild all my courses on another platform, as it's unusable for me in this state. It's all very disappointing! When you will be able to fix this!!!!
I think your software has a leg up over other employee training softwares. I'm wondering how does this handle mid-large size company documents? I'm looking for a dedicated SOP database and permissioned employee training with custom assigned roles. Let me know if it's already possible in Learniverse. I think this could be huge.
We have bought the tier 4 but haven't received any validation code. We have tried to reach the support throught the website but it says that to reach you, we must do it throught the website (which is strange when we're already on it) or per email without providing any email address. I've tried the email from the Appsumo redemption page and here too to be sure. It also says (When we request to speak to someone) to wait until someone from your team reaches out, but no other info until now, not even the support opening hours or a mail saying that you have received the support ticket. Can you please have a look?
