Couple Questions: How does it work if a customer wants to use the call feature but doesn't have the capability on their desktop? Is there a call back type feature? For the Chat, any plans to integrate or have a chat bot take over to produce quick answers?

sorry for the late response, but yesterday was a public holiday and no one was in the office.
There is no callback feature implemented, but a customer can write ou the contact details inside the chat. Also there is a contact form integrated, if no one will answer the call or no one is available.
A chatbot is not planned.
