Q: DEVICE USAGE
Hello,
I just purchased Letterly and look forward to using it. To be clear, does tier 1 for ONE device mean I have to choose between using my phone or PC?

And yes, you’re right — Plan 1 works on one device: either web (which covers unlimited computers), or iOS, or Android, or the Mac version, or the iPad version.
If you want to use both phone and computer, Plan 2 is probably the better fit :)
DCPeifferI had almost the same question. The answer is yes you have to choose which device you'd like to assign your license toward. But you can change/reassign these licenses to different devices at any time. You cannot use both phone and PC on a single license (Tier 1), that would require Tier 2 or higher.

Thank you so much for responding and clarifying. I do so wish your phone or tablet and PC could be used without having to purchase an additional tier. I do a lot on my phone but then finish many things on my PC. Thanks again, I appreciate your time.
