Q: Do I need two licenses if I only record on one device?
I've decided to buy, but I can't figure out how many licenses I need. I'm only going to be recording with my phone, but I want to be able to view my notes with the web version so I can copy them to various places from my computer's web browser. Do I only need 1 license since I'm just recording with 1 device, or do I need 2 licenses since both devices are logged into the same account?

You would still need the second license to access the notes on your web. The system just won't let you in without the second license.

Thats my question, too. But when I have two licences the content is different on phone and Mac? Or are they synched anyway? Thanks for this cool app which I am loving already.

No, if you buy two codes, you’ll be able to decide whether the content should be the same or different on each device. We have account.letterly.app, where you can manage everything.
Most people prefer to keep their content synced, and that’s easy to do — just log in with the same email :)
