Q: How can I update the Admin and Web app? I'm still showing 15 mins recording time on Plan 2 Pro.
How can I update the app? I have Plan 2 and I downloaded the app today, on June 2nd. The "Account' app still shows 15 mins and I find no option anywhere in the app to update it. Likewise I just today downloaded the web and mobile (iOS) versions. This is after May 28 and I can't find anything on those apps where it tells me how long a note can now be nor does it have an "update" selection in any of the settings links I have found. Please advise!

I'm not seeing the 15-minute limit any longer, but that doesn't answer my question. Many people were responded to with the instruction to "update the app". My question above is regarding that. What happens when something new is added to Letterly? How am I supposed to "update the app". whether it be the admin page, the web site, or the iOS mobile app?
Please email us at hi@letterly.app and we’ll sort it out. By update recommendation, we mean the usual thing — a mobile app update in the store. The web version doesn’t require updating.
