Hi I got 2 codes and love lettery btw, I was wondering how I can transfer the code from web to lettery application that is on mac?

Jun 16, 2026A: Hey! If you want to transfer the license from web to app,
1) Go to https://account.letterly.app , see 'My Devices' and delete web. Now we have freed up the space for another device.
2) Then go to the app and log in with the same email.
1. First, make sure that you have installed Letterly desktop app
2. Simply go to https://account.letterly.app/ , remove the Web device from your account manager by clicking the trash icon
3. Open Letterly desktop app and sign-in with the same email address. You should see "Letterly PRO" in ⚙️

Actually, I’ve already asked Elena whether Letterly could post some tutorial videos about the main features, how to use specific settings, and new updates like dictation. That would definitely help new users get familiar with Letterly.
