talpurQ: How to unregister from one device and register on another device if I have one device lifetime plan?
I have the Letterly lifetime plan for 1 device. I changed my phone and now the app says I need to upgrade. How can I unregister my old phone and activate my lifetime plan on my new device? Do I need support to reset the device, or is there a way to do it myself?

You’ll need to transfer your license from the old device to the new one.
This can be done through the Account Manager https://account.letterly.app/
First, make sure you’re logged in with your correct email on the old device. Then, go to the account manager and remove the old device from your account.
After that, simply log in on your new phone using the same email – your lifetime plan should activate automatically.
