Q: Outlook Email not Working on Mobile App
Is there a reason your mobile app does not work with Outlook, or any non Google account on Android? I ask as after purchasing I realized that using my primary @outlook.com email account I was not able to use the app on my android since there is a lack of a basic password authentiction.
Do you plan to offer basic password authentication in the future, if so when? I realized that you only have magic link available for non Google Accounts on Android. This seems odd to not have a basic password authentication, especially if a persons Gmail/Google email gets compromised.
Do you plan on having a roadmap publicly soon? Just a suggestion but that may be a good idea to do one, as this is common place for most SAAS here on appsumo.

We’re sorry to hear that, yes ,unfortunately, our email has recently been added to a blacklist by some email providers, which may result in messages not being delivered to certain inboxes, including Outlook.
If you have the option to use Gmail, we kindly ask you to activate codes via Gmail. If there’s anything specific we can do to assist with the transition, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly via email hi@letterlyapp.com 🙏
This issue has affected other users as well, and we’re helping everyone as much as we can! 💜
As for password-based authentication, it’s not available yet. Our magic link authentication relies on access to your email account. If someone gains access to your email, they could potentially log in to our service and reset passwords for other accounts as well.
This is why it’s crucial to secure your email account by using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication.
On our end, we limit the validity period of magic links and make them single-use, which adds an extra layer of security even if the link is intercepted.
If you’re concerned about security, using Gmail as an additional layer of protection could be a helpful option too!
Regarding the roadmap, we don’t have a public version available at the moment, but we’ll consider this suggestion. Thank you for bringing it up!
Thank you!
