bpj520Q: Please consider adding the web feature to current plans
I purchased and like the app. It has it's limitations, but you advertise exactly what it is and it is just that. I highly suggest adding the web feature to all plans instead of making that a whole other license. I don't know of any other apps that lock you out of their web app after purchase a device license. I don't want to leave a negative rating for just that, so I'll leave that here and hope you reconsider. I purchased tier 2 to so I can use it on my iphone and macbook pro, but I can't use it on the web??? That honestly leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Is this something you're willing to consider?

Ultimately, we decided to implement this charge. Our top priority is to maintain the sustainability of our business. Each additional platform incurs AI and development costs. This ensures we have the resources needed to develop the service.

Adding another platform does create development cost but not really AI cost. As a single user would not usually use the dictation service more when its on more then one device. ie if i have it on my mobile and on the web i would not dictate more because its on both but rather use the one that is most convenient (ie dictation on my mobile and reading on my desktop). Currently 2 license are needed
Patrick, we understand you, but please understand us as well. We’re not imposing any additional restrictions, it’s just that our offer on AppSumo is structured in a way that the plan depends on the number of devices, including web access. Unfortunately, we can’t change this. Other services on AppSumo usually impose restrictions like credits, minutes, gigabytes, etc. We don’t have any such limits.
You were lucky to grab this special deal on AppSumo, it’s a very advantageous offer and was available for only a short time :)
