Q: Questions about your privacy policy

I have been trying to convince the regional manager of my work to adopt your lovely software instead of Nuance Dragon speech-to-text software, which has fewer capabilities than yours. Nonetheless, the manager asked me for more details about the privacy options with your software, as we deal with confidential information related to individuals. He wants more details about how the input into your software will not be viewed by third parties and will not be used to train AI systems.

Unfortunately, I couldn't provide him with this information, although I am sure that you have very solid safeguards in this regard. However, I was unable to find this information on your website.

Would you be kind enough to provide me with some details in this regard so I can expand my discussion with him in light of the information you provide?

A: Hi there, thank you for your question :)
We do not share your data with any third parties. While we use ChatGPT’s API (OpenAI) for transcribing and rewriting, your data is processed only to produce the requested result. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models or to improve their systems.
All data - specifically audio recordings and text - is stored on our secure servers in the European Union in an impersonal form, meaning that the information is not directly associated with any identity. This ensures that no person or service has access to your content.
Our servers send the data securely to OpenAI for transcription and rewriting, but again, it is not used for training. Because of this structure, we ourselves do not store or retain personal data that can identify you.
