Q: Using the Mac & Web App
Hey There! I'm STILL in love with Letterly. I use it every day and recommend it to everyone. I immediately upgraded to 4 licenses once I tried it because it's literally amazing. I want to be able to use it on my Mac, iPhone, iPad and watch if you ever get a watch app!
I downloaded and launched the new Mac App, but even though I'm a lifetime customer, it is set to free and there is no way to restore purchases, since we got this through that amazing AppSumo deal - I also tried the web app but got a message that I need to add slots. Is there a fix? I noticed that the app has NO option to log out and log back in...but only to delete the account.
Is this a glitch that can/will be addressed? What it means is that, essentially, I can only use Letterly on the iPhone right now.
