Q: Webhook
Can I use a webhook as a trigger based on new transcription completed, instead of having to manually log in and then press a button to kick-start the webhook? If not yet, may I know if it is on the active development list?

You’re absolutely right, webhooks will potentially be automated, and it’s definitely on our focus. Thanks for pointing this out and pushing us, it’s the right thing to do. So yes, this will happen, but without exact timelines yet.
