Lots of people are fans of lex from the bundle. we would buy a Ltd but not a one year deal. Please consider running a true Ltd. Would jump on it immediately.
I bought Lex as part of the AppSumo Bundle Volume 2: AI Power Pack on 9/23/25. On 11/13/25 I redeemed my Vol 2 bundle purchase and created my Lex account which was supposed to include 1 year access to the Lex pro plan. However, as soon as I created my Lex account I had to enter my billing information. After entering my billing information my credit card was charged $179.98 - the price of an annual subscription to Lex. I waited a few days to see if the charge would be reversed, it was not. So on 11/18/25 I sent an email to Lex support detailing the fact I was wrongfully charged $179.98. As of 11/22 I have not received any reply from Lex support. How I can I get this resolved? Or do I need to contact my bank to process a chargeback for a fraudulent charge?
Hello I bought the Vol. 2 bundle, I have sent emails to Lex and Appsumo explaining that it is not possible to redeem it since I receive the numeric code but the page does not accept me entering the code. Is it possible to get help from Appsumo or Lex? I have already sent emails and still have not received a response, and the worst part is that the redemption deadline is approaching. Help, Appsumo.
