I bought the Vol. 2 bundle, I have sent emails to Lex and Appsumo explaining that it is not possible to redeem it since I receive the numeric code but the page does not accept me entering the code. Is it possible to get help from Appsumo or Lex? I have already sent emails and still have not received a response, and the worst part is that the redemption deadline is approaching.

Just to confirm - are you going back to copy the AppSumo redemption code again? Because you have to confirm your email with the numeric code (likely by copying and pasting it), you no longer have the letters-only code from AppSumo copied and need to recopy it to paste for the discount before you check out. I hope you got the help you needed before now, though!
Careful redeeming the Lex code from the bundle. I bought the same bundle and even after redeeming my code Lex still charged my credit card $179.98 for the first year subscription. I contacted Lex's support 4 days ago about this and have yet to hear back from them...
