I can see the potential, but so far most of the integrations don't work or flag it. Example: Gmail, or Microsoft email. In order to add them you need to download the program. However, both flag it as unsafe and neither will allow connection. Seems pointless. I have many many questions and im finding there is no real training or walkthrough. Went through youtube and found a few walkthroughs, but they were very basic and most showed an outdated design of the platform.

I tried to book a call with supper (Ege) after being invited to in a follow up sequence, and HE DIDNT SHOW, and did not tell me he wouldn't be attending! Why offer support and then not only NOT show up to our appointment, but not answer my email inquiring about it. Seems like its majorly missing support and training on how to use it.

A glitch I've found is that you can ask the AI assistant to create you tasks in your todo, and even when specifying the date(s) it keeps trying to start them in July 2027.

Still deciding if I'm going to ask for a refund or not. Depends on if i can figure out to make it work.

I really like the concept but seriously I can't login with the browser with a latest Mac and gmail?

Seriously it's showing as being unsafe. What are you doing? I like this but will have to return if uts this basically unstable.

First, the developer is a good guy, and walked me through the application (which goes a long way in my book). The idea is great-- create customizable, sharable workspaces. You could launch an intranet for your team with important links, team-boards and (if you go for Tier 4 like I did) launch boards with clients to manage projects (I haven't yet used this feature yet, but it helped make my decision to buy). Plus 1 Terabyte? Solid value already.

It does however need some polish. I wish the Malware warning didn't pop up on installation (specifically for MacOS). I know it's a little outside the developers control-- but it's not the first time I've ever seen it, so it's forgivable.

The app however needs some fixes (this is for the MacOS app, I haven't tried it on PC)

Bugs/Errors
-When hovering over the minimize button, screens go blank
-When hovering over AI Agents, screen goes blank.
-When X'ing out of an AI agent chat, it doesn't appear to get saved.
-There appears to be two 'Duplicate' buttons in the Mac app in the window tab.
-When a page loads there is some screen flickering

Wishlist:
-Allow user to input custom bookmarks on the right side panel as well.
-Allow multiple instances of emails on the the right side panel.
-Minimizing a tab brings it back to the bookmark sidebar. Instead, can we actually have it minimized on the bottom of the screen?
-Allow a user to suspend a tab similar to Marvelous Suspender so that devices aren't working overtime.
-Allow some resizing of snap tiles.

I hope these changes could be implemented, or at least get the bugs ironed out and I'll happily adjust my review.

Plus, the LiftOS team is incredibly **transparent** about what they’re working on and where the product is heading. Their **quick responses to questions and feedback**, paired with behind-the-scenes videos, make me feel like I’m part of their journey toward building something truly exceptional.

I am officially “all in” on LiftOS now. It’s fast, intuitive, and makes collaborating with my team so much easier. One feature I do hope they improve soon is the ability to use embeds directly in the browser rather than having to download the desktop (Windows) app—this addition would make it even more seamless for browser users like myself.

I am SO glad to see this back on AppSumo. I DEEPLY REGRET ever getting a refund on this last year when I initially purchased it (long story short - mistake to refund this). This is an amazing platform. If you have non-techy people on your team, but you are the techy one who still wants
that flexibility and customization (to an extend) of Notion without overwhelming the non-techy folks on your team; LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
I am purchasing again ASAP - and still have all my templates laid out to recreate so I am going full force into this app again and NOT listening to anyone about a refund again!
