A: Just to clarify — when you use Linkee’s database, each website costs 5 credits because the system finds relevant websites from our database and through live check. If you upload your own CSV file, it costs only 2 credits per row since Linkee only checks the sites for relevancy and doesn’t need to perform the full discovery process.
Q: Email Outreach Cost. Is it one credit per email or do the followups connected to the original count as one credit?

A: Sending one outreach email (the initial message) counts toward credits, but follow-up emails don’t cost extra. All the follow-ups linked to that original prospect are included in the same outreach flow.
Q: Can we upload our own list of prospects' emails, such as influencer emails, to contact and manage in outreach?
Can we upload our own list of prospects' emails, such as influencer emails, to contact and manage in the outreach module of your tools, separate from link insertion, guest posts, etc.? I assume it will cost 1 credit per email? Why don't the tools come with free email sends, since it's already expensive to find prospects and run the Ahrefs analysis? Also, do you have a video showing what it looks...

I created a campaign to find 100 targets that cost 5 credits each which equaled 500 credits yet I only have 84 targets which should cost only 420 credits? I am testing your software out but this isn't right can you please help?

A: Thanks for pointing that out! When you start a campaign, the system initially deducts credits for the full number of targets you’ve selected (for example, 100 = 500 credits). Once the campaign finishes running, it automatically refunds the unused credits for any prospects it couldn’t find.
Q: What happened to this I can not use it?
