Such a pain to have to log in just to keep the account active. Wish this had been disclosed prior to purchasing - would have been a hard pass.

You don't need to be afraid, you own a Lifetime license and you do not have to be worried loosing it. Even in case you are not actively using your account right now and just want to save it for later, you could loose only your old setup and potential data when you account get suspended and removed, but not your license. I run three websites and I have a full time law enforcement job (10 hours a day). I needed the chat bubble to stay open during set hours. Instead, if the liveagent dash isn't open on your computer or the phone screen goes to sleep you get logged out and the chat bubble disappears and is replaced with an envelope. Seems like it would make more sense to just allow the bubble to be set during business hours and your phone and computer can blow up when you get a chat request. Ive contacted support and they told me that you have to have the window open to show the bubble. Hopefully ive just missed something. Otherwise its great. Will

imagine you went for a lunch as solopreneur during your business hours and you would be available on a live chat. We can probably agree that's not a best way and it should be changed to contact us form to contact the person once you are back. Please note that we are currently not supporting chatting via mobile app, therefore your desktop needs to be live when you want to be available on...
...I cannot log in and support is unable to provide a solution. It all started out well enough. I redeemed the deal, created the account and logged in. Then life intervened and I was unable to complete setup for a few weeks. When I attempted to log back in, I received a password error. Ok, maybe I wrote down the wrong one so I tried to reset. I get the reset link, try to reset but am unable to because when I enter the new password into the "New Password" field, I get a wrong password/username error. I contact support and after a lot of back and forth trying different things, he finally sends me a link that works. Hooray! I'm in. Not so fast. By the time I got in it was time for bed, so I decided to set it up in the morning. In the morning, the problem is back. Contact support, the back and forth begins anew. Try logging in on two different computers and 3 different browsers. The only difference is at one point, the support agent says that he is the same problem now, and will have the developers contact me. Progress, I think. Again, not so fast. After two days (he did contact me in the interim to ask the obvious) I receive this short reply: "Well, there is no problem from our side, cause I can log into your system without any problem." Well, there is a problem on my side, even tried a 3rd computer over a VPN. I guess that they aren't interested in solving my issue. Therefore my 1 taco rating is for their support since that is all of the app that I have experienced.
