I don't see any lively branding on the videos, But does it stay consistent in future that the video will not have any of lively branding on our client's site and it will perform the way it is performing now in terms of speed of loading.
I can read from a review, someone is saying the platform doesn't deliver well on safari and other apple devices and it has glitches, Can you comment on that.
If yes what are those issues and are they resolved yet
Yes, a few issues were identified wrt to the video player screen sizes on platforms like Safari and other apple devices, and it is now resolved. Here is the dummy site, pls open this on Safari and check:- https://shop-lively-8057.myshopify.com
I am on android, just scrolling through the 3d card section causes it to open. I see this as a glitch, I mean I just want to scroll over that section without opening it, However it is still opening.
There is no confusion with popup forms, in mobile if you place you finger in a 3d card to scroll up the page it opens up. The 3D card open up when it is tapped or clicked, for scrolling on mobile we need to tap and then scroll. if you scroll the page without placing any finger on the 3d card setup it scroll perfectly. Can you please check and suggest if what I am saying is true
