As an agency, am I limited to the keywords and the amount of clients that can actually use it?

WIth the unlimited location with only 1,000 keywords, would this limited the amount of clients that I can set up with Local Rank Tracker? If allow each client 5 keywords local search, will this limit me to only 200 clients that can use Local Rank Tracker at a time?
On this Appsumo listing and on your site, I can't find any detail information about AI credits and what it does. With tier 5, do clients have access to the AI credits or can I limit this? What does the AI do?
