Q: Can I change the map?

Hello. I like the software and I am not in love with the map being black and white. Can I change the style of the map?

A: Thanks for your question! At the moment, it’s not possible to change the map style — it’s fixed to the current black-and-white layout for performance and clarity reasons.

I signed up for a trial to check it out before buying and no less than 80% of the things I try to click on and use are not working/do not respond. It's failed to pull the information for the business I connected. It's pulling zero reviews, despite clearly showing at the top that this business has reviews.
