Q: Custom Plan

Hi there - the Appsumo listing says we're mapped to all future Custom Plan updates , which seems to mean nothing (unless you remain on Appsumo forever) as that's not a plan on your site. What does this mean?

For the record (their reply has been deleted) they said I need to enquire directly to find out what the Custom Plan is and how it will be handled moving forward.

The plans you're selling us on AppSumo don't exist on your website, and when we ask about the cost for exceeding the keyword limit, you ask us to write to you privately, individually. The lack of transparency is obvious, and unfortunately, we have already faced enough disappointing experiences, which makes us very attentive to certain signals.

If you want to avoid us being suspicious of you, simply be transparent and show us that you're here to treat us as subscribers and early investors:

• The AppSumo offer must correspond to an existing plan.
• The cost for exceeding keywords must be clearly stated upfront.

@PawelBurda can you please yell us if App Sumo buyers will get all future updates and also what the cost of additional keywords will be. I am considering buying a Tier 5 license, but only after having these questions answered first.
