Q: Did a free trial - Quick Scan is not working (is there a glitch, or am I doing something wront?)
Hi there, I think your tool would be great for my growing agency. However, on the free trial, I cannot get the quick scan feature to work. I entered a business name (and it did show up in the results), entered a keyword and hit scan. Nothing happened. It said it was in progress, but it's been over an hour
i tried two more times with different businesses and nothing. Is there a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Ok. What about downloading the report? It stops halfway. Is this this because I'm on the trial version?
