Q: I bought Tier 1 and I am planning to upgrade to Tier 4.

I purchased the Tier 1 plan and am thinking of upgrading to Tier 4. But why in my dashboard it says "Remaining 28 days of the trial. Choose plan"?

I had my Tier 3 account activated yesterday, but it still shows as a trial. I scheduled a demo to address this issue for the 4th at 9 am, as it might be a glitch, but I received an email saying my meeting was canceled. I logged out and back in this morning, and my account is still in trial. Could you please fix this error or reactivate my scheduled meeting, because I have some other questions as well? Thanks.
