Q: I cannot access Rank tracker reports anymore
I got the tier 2 license that includes Rank tracker reports and I used to be able to access them. However, now when attempting to access the reports, I am getting a message that says: "Available from AppSumo tier 3" + the "Upgrade now" button.
Can you clarify if the plan has changed, as AppSumo is still showing the reports are part of Tier 2.

"You're right — previously, all features were accessible across all tiers. However, we’ve recently reorganized our plans to better reflect the value and structure of each tier. As part of that update, some features like the Rank Tracker reports have been assigned specifically to Tier 3 and above."

Please explain this change as AS Tier 2 still shows the inclusion of Rank Tracker Reports and Bulk Management Listing. Any change should not retroactively impact existing customers.
