Q: I really want to keep this tool, but I might need to request a refund.
I really wanted to keep this tool, but I have not seen any changes compared to what I was already doing with my GMB, or maybe my settings were incorrect. I am not seeing an impact, so I am considering a refund. I scheduled a meeting for today at 7:30 a.m. EST, which I scheduled last week, but nobody showed up to help me correct the issues or get the settings right. I am very disappointed and feel that it was a waste of time.
