Like your product idea, well i manage multiple GMB profile but I'm not the owner.
Can I add those account to your saas without owner access? Please advice.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add or manage a Google Business Profile without at least Manager access. This access ensures the proper synchronization and functionality of the tools we provide. If you can obtain Manager-level access, you’ll be able to fully utilize the platform’s features.
