I have been using it for some time, but recently, I encountered a security issue that raised serious concerns. An unfamiliar company name appeared on my account, and I have no idea how it got associated with my profile. I have attached an image for reference and reached out to customer support for clarification.
This incident makes me question the security measures in place. How did this happen? Is my personal data safe? Transparency and user protection should be a priority for any service handling sensitive account information.
I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue promptly and strengthens its security protocols. Until then, I remain cautious about recommending it.
