I would gladly purchase a Tier 5 license, but several issues are holding me back:

1. If I understand correctly, we cannot publish articles in French? When will this be possible?

2. Has the platform been translated into French in the meantime? For my needs, it's essential that the platform, reports, emails, etc. be available in French.

3. Let's say I have 18,000 clients. I will therefore run out of keywords. What is the pricing structure for purchasing additional keywords? You need to be transparent about this - I don't want to have to send an email to get the answer. This is something you must disclose here.
