Q: Tier 5: What exactly does “White label rank tracker URL” include?
Hi, I currently have Tier 4 and I’m considering upgrading to Tier 5 mainly because of the “White label rank tracker URL” feature.
Could you please clarify exactly what this includes?
With Tier 5, can I:
- use my own custom domain/subdomain for the shared rank tracker, for example local.myagency.com;
- completely remove Rating Captain branding from the client-facing rank tracker;
- show my own logo/branding;
- let different clients access their own separate rank tracking views/accounts;
- use my own email domain for client-facing emails?
In other words, does Tier 5 allow me to offer the rank tracker as a fully white-labeled client portal under my agency brand, or is it only a custom URL for a shared report?
I already have Tier 4, so I’d like to understand exactly what additional white-label capabilities Tier 5 provides before upgrading.

Oct 7, 2026A: Hi,
Thanks for asking before you upgrade. Tier 5 does not turn Rating Captain into a fully white-labeled client portal under your agency brand. The extra white-label piece versus Tier 4 is one custom domain for the shared rank tracker and for white-label report links.
Here is how each of your points works:
1. Your own domain or subdomain, for example local.myagency.com
Yes, on Tier 5. In White-label settings you add one hostname and point its DNS A record to the IP shown there. The shared rank tracker link then opens on that host instead of our shared host, trackwith.us. White-label report links use the same domain. It is one domain for the whole account, not a different domain per client. Login, settings, and the rest of the app stay on local.ratingcaptain.com.
2. Completely remove Rating Captain branding from the client-facing rank tracker
On the public rank tracker link, your uploaded logo replaces ours in the header. That page is a read-only view of one location, or of one location group. It is not a rebranded copy of the whole product. Your own login, and your coworkers' logins, still show the Rating Captain header on local.ratingcaptain.com.
3. Your own logo
Yes. Upload it in White-label settings (PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB). It is used on the shared rank tracker link, on white-label reports, and in the sidebar for guest accounts. The logo is already available on Tier 4. You do not need Tier 5 only for this.
4. Separate access for different clients
Tier 4 already includes guest accounts and coworkers. You can invite a guest and limit them to selected profiles or location groups. Those guests log into Rating Captain. They do not get a login on your domain. You can also copy a share link per location or per group. Anyone with that link can view that rank tracker, without an account. There is no separate branded portal or account per client on your domain.
5. Your own email domain for client-facing emails
You can verify your own sending domain and set a sender name and sender address. Scheduled report emails then go out from that address. A white-label report email uses your logo instead of ours. Guest invitations and account emails, such as a password reset, still come from Rating Captain. The email domain is in the same White-label settings and is not what Tier 5 adds.
What you already have on Tier 4
- White-label reports: your logo, and the report page hides the Rating Captain name and favicon
- A shareable rank tracker URL, on trackwith.us
- Coworkers and guest accounts
- Location groups
- 50 locations, 300 keywords, and 5,000 AI credits per month
What Tier 5 adds
- That same rank tracker URL, and white-label report links, on your own domain
- Unlimited locations, 1,000 keywords, and 15,000 AI credits per month
If you want a full client portal on your domain, with a separate login per client and your brand on every email, Tier 5 does not do that. If you want to send clients a rank tracker and reports on your own domain, with your logo, Tier 5 is the tier that adds the custom domain.
Happy to clarify any of these.
I only see Tier 1 through Tier 3—where do you see Tier 5?
To clarify: Tier 5 was available during our previous campaign, where we offered a 5-tier structure. In our current AppSumo campaign, we restructured the offering to include only 3 tiers (Tier 1 through Tier 3).
