Q: Why permission needed to delete business listing?
Why do you have this permission needed?
>>> See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings
This app wants permission to:
>>> See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings, including your business name, phone number, and hours of operation
Verify that you own your business listings
Make another Google user the owner of your business listing
I would buy this hands down but I refunded for this reason. My other apps do not have this permission that I remember.

To clarify: we only request those permissions because they are required by Google for any app that wants to actively manage business profiles (e.g. update hours, post updates, respond to reviews, etc.).
Without these permissions, our platform wouldn’t be able to function as intended — you'd be limited to viewing data only, with no ability to optimize or automate anything on the listing.
We absolutely do not delete or transfer ownership of listings unless you explicitly choose to do so. It’s simply the level of access Google requires to unlock full control over features like:
- Updating business info (name, hours, services)
- Managing multiple locations
- Publishing posts and media
- Responding to reviews
- Syncing and monitoring profile performance
That said, we understand the concern. We're fully transparent with permissions and handle them securely — if you're ever unsure, we're happy to walk through exactly what each permission does.
