Q: So, with regards to both the document storage and the AI credits, if I upload a large PDF, might it be ...
possible to consume that and convert it into an AI model? In essence, use the document as training material after which the document need not be retained in its original form. Also, it does not have to use a ton of computing power to analyze the document every time it is needed or referenced. Additionally, it would also cut back on the storage required since it would be put into something like a vector ai model. It would have to incorporate metadata somehow to provide a citation, and that could prove tricky but certainly possible. There are obviously advantages and disadvantages to each approach. Potentially, creating some hybrid could provide an optimal solution. I am very interested in the project and would love to provide input, help test, and even do some coding and work with the API. I am a senior software engineer, and I am currently studying AI alongside my main job. If I can be of any help, feel free to contact me.

Jun 27, 2024A: There're certainly pros and cons with the 2 approaches. What you're referring to is fine-tuning, or even training your own model. That would serve a whole different use case and customer group that needs their own AI model. But interesting, nevertheless.
Shoot me a connect request on LinkedIn, happy to discuss this further, bounce some ideas around and see if we can work together further.
P.S. just make a note in the request so I remember this convo.
