However, to maintain the integrity, performance, and reliability of our system, and to ensure that all users have equitable access to the application, certain rate-limiting measures are necessary. Therefore, the provision of unlimited chat replies and unlimited data storage is subject to the following fair usage constraints, as delineated in this Policy:
We have categorized our AI models into two categories:
Category 1 - Standard AI Models:
Azure GPT-3.5
Claude v3 Haiku.
Category 2 - Advanced AIModels:
Azure GPT-4
Azure GPT-4 Omni
Claude v3 Sonnet
Free Plan have access to Category 1 models and can send up to 20 messages or queries per day. All subscription plans (Student, Pro, and Unlimited Plans) and all LTD Tiers have access to Category 1 models and can send up to 500 messages or queries per day.
Pro Plan, Unlimited Plan, and LTD Tier 2 and 3 users have access to category 2 models. The Pro Plan allows sending 20 messages every 3 hours, while the Unlimited Plan allows sending 50 messages every 3 hours. The Unlimited Plan Data Storage can store up to 100GB without having to contact our team.
Such limitations are generally adequate for the majority of our customers' needs. Should you require increased message throughput or data storage beyond these limits, please contact us directly at [email protected], providing details of your specific use-case.
