are you guys going to acknowledge and respond to the questions put forth here or are you just goign to ignore them? I was thinking of trying you out but if this is a reflection of how your support will act then i wont even consider it. do you have tutorials on how to use magicfit and if so where can i find them?

A: We do read and respond to questions here, but I'll admit we've fallen behind recently because the volume has been much higher than expected. That's on us, not a reflection of how we handle customer support inside the product.
As for tutorials, yes. We have a growing library of walkthroughs and how-to videos covering the main workflows, and we're adding more regularly as new features ship.
Are our questions still being answered? I saw that there has been activity by MagicFit staff in the reviews, but no in Questions...

Can you please add the brand new Grok 1.5, you all have the grok 1.0 version. this model is not as good as seedance but it is very close and it is cheaper on costs. This is a fantastic model to add.

A: Thanks for the suggestion. We're constantly evaluating new models and Grok 1.5 is definitely on our radar. It looks promising, especially given the quality-to-cost ratio.
