Q: Why No Support Chat or Email on Home Page Not Working
Having major issues with your credit system after purchasing $9 worth of credits to test nothing is working no video outputs but my credits are used up. . Your home page Chat is completely blank and I can't find any support email link anywhere. :( I was looking forward to purchasing this one ... but ... credit system doesn't work correctly and I can't access support.

On the credits getting used without output, this isn’t expected, we’ll check your account, refund any incorrectly used credits, and make sure everything is working properly.
Also noted on the chat not loading, that’s a bug we’re already...
Hi, I think in another comment the Founders mentioned an AI model that was available in Tier 2 and up. I don't see anywhere on this page where it mentions different Tiers receive different AI models. Can you provide more details on this, such as T1 gets this, T2 gets this, T4 gets this?

A: Good question, and fair confusion.
We don’t strictly gate models by tier in a fixed “T1 gets X, T2 gets Y” way.
Core experience and most models are available across tiers, but access is primarily controlled via credits and usage rather than hard tier locks. Higher-end or more compute-heavy models simply consume more credits.

A: Yes, you can use any product link, including your own website, as long as the page is publicly accessible. Magicfit will crawl the page and extract content like images, copy, and product details to generate creatives.
On the other part: • Object/background replacement is supported • Image editing and enhancements are supported

A: Good question.
Right now, URL input works for webpages only. When you paste a product page or landing page, Magicfit crawls the content, extracts key info like product details, messaging, images, and positioning, and uses that to generate ads, creatives, and variations.
YouTube and TikTok URL support isn’t live yet, but integrations for that are planned.
Q: Please make MagicFit it’s own domain, not subdomain
