Created a few ads to test the system, but at one point in each ad, it moves the captions to behind the presenter and also makes her appear to be magically emerging from in the middle of a desk. This makes the video unusable, which is a shame. Tried to resolve this via the on-page support/chat - but that went quiet after describing my issues.

Also, had some email interaction about their add-on service where they create the ads for you. They admitted that they couldn't get the quality I would need to be able to use the ads, and then went quiet again after asking me to wait longer.

For me, those were the warning signs that this deal may not last very long - so I'm afraid I've bailed out. I thought it had great potential, but it would definitely need some more work on the generation side, plus the support would have to be more responsive too.

This might be a product for you.
I myself needed something I could use now. And there is no comparison to the current MotionVid that is just blindingly awesome

Normally, I’m super patient in reviewing products yet here’s my challenge:

I purchased tier three and had a huge project that I needed to work on over the weekend, so I was going to put MagicFit to the test. When I followed AppSumo's instructions to activate my purchase, MagicFit did not honor my purchase and defaulted me to their free membership account on their platform. To add insult to injury, their customer service team is non-responsive over the weekends, and there's no way to communicate with anyone regarding this matter to get it fixed promptly. I’m perplexed and have sent emails to rectify this issue but now I have to sit and wait. 🤔

Finally gained access but tried to reach out to support team using their support chat box in the lower right-side of the screen inside the dashboard and it isn't working. Just a white screen populates.

I've updated my stars from 1 to 2, yet tools are just as good as the end-user. It would be nice to have walk through tutorials, or a way to contact customer service for help.

Compré la versión TIER 2 con 600 créditos pensando que iba a ir un poco justo creando los dos o tres videos que necesito cada mes y unas cuantas imágenes, y la verdad es que me está cundiendo mucho porque cuando le pido que haga algún video y sobre todo las imágenes, el resultado es bastante bueno desde el principio. Con otras herramientas hay que cambiar muchas veces los requisitos para que el resultado sea bueno.
Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el soporte. Me atasqué generando un video, escribí a soporte la situación, y las pocas horas me lo resolvieron. No solamente me explicaron lo que estaba haciendo mal, sino que además me hicieron ellos el trabajo. Me explicaron como había que hacerlo bien con un video que grabaron y me enviaron a través de la ayuda online y email.
Estoy muy gratamente sorprendido por el buenísimo soporte de esta empresa. Varun me ha escrito personalmente. el CEO de la empresa!!! Wooow. Increible. Muchísimas gracias.

I was initially hesitant to purchase MagicFit when it first appeared on AppSumo because, in the past, some AI advertising services have limited access for AppSumo users once the promotional period ends. However, after reading the positive reviews and seeing the high ratings, I decided to give it a try and purchased the Tier 1 plan.

The results lived up to the reputation – I achieved excellent outcomes. While the required inputs can vary (model selection, start/end frames, reference images, videos, audio, etc.), MagicFit is one of the few tools that supports all of these features, which contributed to the high quality of the outputs.

Impressed with the performance, I upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 3. Going forward, I hope MagicFit continues to treat both lifetime‑contract and subscription users from AppSumo equally and uses the revenue from AppSumo to further expand its subscriber base.
