Normally, I’m super patient in reviewing products yet here’s my challenge:

I purchased tier three and had a huge project that I needed to work on over the weekend, so I was going to put MagicFit to the test. When I followed AppSumo's instructions to activate my purchase, MagicFit did not honor my purchase and defaulted me to their free membership account on their platform. To add insult to injury, their customer service team is non-responsive over the weekends, and there's no way to communicate with anyone regarding this matter to get it fixed promptly. I’m perplexed and have sent emails to rectify this issue but now I have to sit and wait. 🤔

Finally gained access but tried to reach out to support team using their support chat box in the lower right-side of the screen inside the dashboard and it isn't working. Just a white screen populates.

I've updated my stars from 1 to 2, yet tools are just as good as the end-user. It would be nice to have walk through tutorials, or a way to contact customer service for help.

Compré la versión TIER 2 con 600 créditos pensando que iba a ir un poco justo creando los dos o tres videos que necesito cada mes y unas cuantas imágenes, y la verdad es que me está cundiendo mucho porque cuando le pido que haga algún video y sobre todo las imágenes, el resultado es bastante bueno desde el principio. Con otras herramientas hay que cambiar muchas veces los requisitos para que el resultado sea bueno.
Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el soporte. Me atasqué generando un video, escribí a soporte la situación, y las pocas horas me lo resolvieron. No solamente me explicaron lo que estaba haciendo mal, sino que además me hicieron ellos el trabajo. Me explicaron como había que hacerlo bien con un video que grabaron y me enviaron a través de la ayuda online y email.
Estoy muy gratamente sorprendido por el buenísimo soporte de esta empresa. Varun me ha escrito personalmente. el CEO de la empresa!!! Wooow. Increible. Muchísimas gracias.

I was initially hesitant to purchase MagicFit when it first appeared on AppSumo because, in the past, some AI advertising services have limited access for AppSumo users once the promotional period ends. However, after reading the positive reviews and seeing the high ratings, I decided to give it a try and purchased the Tier 1 plan.

The results lived up to the reputation – I achieved excellent outcomes. While the required inputs can vary (model selection, start/end frames, reference images, videos, audio, etc.), MagicFit is one of the few tools that supports all of these features, which contributed to the high quality of the outputs.

Impressed with the performance, I upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 3. Going forward, I hope MagicFit continues to treat both lifetime‑contract and subscription users from AppSumo equally and uses the revenue from AppSumo to further expand its subscriber base.

but then noticed that the founders had listened to feedback and changed the credit system back. And that's how you build trust back. I've been playing with Magicfit, and so far I'm really happy with the results. I found that it does better with still images than the video I've been asking for, though I need to play around with some of the models more and change them up because I do not think this is a Magicfit issue. All in all, for the price, I think this is a great value, and I love that the founders are listening to the feedback, as I mentioned before. That makes me a lot more confident that this business is going to be here to stay.

I want to give Magic Fit credit for listening to user feedback and making the honorable decision to roll back the recent price hike. Magic Fit was planning a second price increase, but after many users voiced their concerns, the team listened, reconsidered, and reversed the change and assured me they would not do that again for the foreseeable future. That response shows they value their customers and care about protecting the value of what users were originally promised and the reasons users originally purchased.

I appreciate the transparency and the decision to do right by the community. This gives me more confidence in continuing to use Magic Fit moving forward.

Magic Fit already has a strong lineup of models, including Seedance 2.0 Omni, Kling 4K, Kling Turbo, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, GPT 2.0, Grok, and UGC templates. The platform also has a beautiful dark-mode interface, which was a bold design choice but is very easy on the eyes. The UI is simple to navigate and not overly complex like some other platforms.

My main remaining request would be around additional image models. I would love to see Magic Fit consider adding:

Aleph 2.0 - this is supposed to better at editing video than kling 01 but its brand new, just came out.
Google Omni 4K- initial tests do show this is better at editing an existing video compared to kling 01. I tried kling 01 and its bad at following directions. So we definitely need another video edit option.

HiDream-I1-Full — great for futuristic, cinematic, and highly creative images. (the old hi dream full version 17billion parameter)
Krea 2 — a very creative model with artistic, abstract, and modern aesthetics that feel comparable to Midjourney, and in some cases even better.
Recraft 4.1 pro - this is the most realistic image generator i ever seen, it more realistic than any other image model if you are trying to achieve hyper realism.

The HiDream models and Krea 2 have a specific artistic style that I have not been able to fully replicate with GPT or Nano Banana, especially for futuristic, cinematic, and highly stylized visuals. Both hi-dream models are open source, but krea 2 is closed source like nano banana is.

Adding HiDream and Krea 2 would help fill an important creative gap on the platform and make Magic Fit feel even more complete and competitive for users who rely on strong artistic image generation. It would also give Magic Fit a real competitive advantage, since I only know of a couple platforms that currently offer these specific models.

That said, my only other request is that MagicFit update their appsumo ad to accurately reflect the models as that appsumo page isn't accurately showing the models.
