My code redemption didn't seem to work. In the manage account section of mail rocket, it says that I am under the Free account with it's limits. I attempted to redeem my appsumo code multiple times and I get a "already redeem notice". I am using the same email so don't know if this is a appsumo code issue or a mail rocket issue. Who should I contact for support?
I added Mail Rocket to my Google Workspace account, and now I'm seeing there is a limit of 500 emails/day...... not 2,000. What gives? Please adjust or tell me what I need to do.
In Tier 1, you are offering 2,000 emails per day per user. By "per user," do you mean one email address? If so, how can we send 2,000 emails from a single Gmail address, considering the daily sending limits? (Using Gmail Account) Additionally, is it possible to send a single email instead of a campaign? Will your tool provide insights on whether the recipient has opened or seen the email? I am looking for a complete tracking system. Thank you
Do you already have or intend to implement follow up features similar to MailMeteor? Where I can set up automatic follow ups after a number of days if there is no replies. And the follow ups stop once there is a reply.
A: We currently do not have follow-up email features, but we are planning to implement them in the future. This will include automatic follow-ups after a set number of days and the ability to stop follow-ups once a reply is received. Stay tuned for updates!

A: If you have unlocked team members by stacking codes, you can only add users. To prevent misuse, we do not allow deleting existing users. However, if you've added a user by mistake or the email is no longer valid, please reach out to us at support@mailrocket.io, and we will assist with deleting and adding new users.
What if an employee leaves my company? Can I change the user's email address? 🤔 I would like to manage this from my dashboard similarly to how Google Workspace can be done with users.
Good question, thanks for asking that's an easy hard no to this from me
Q: How many companies/business can we add?
Hi, each license is for an email access? If i want to use it with multiple email sender do i have to purchase separate license or the "users" are intended as separate ones? (i don't have google workspaces, plan to use for clients)
Q: Sending recurring emails at specific intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, in day X of the month ao)
I looked in the documentation here - https://docs.mailrocket.io/getting-started/advanced-features/schedule-campaign - but cant find anything about the recurring scheduling setup (weekly, monthly etc). please share a screenshot if possible with this feature. TY
A: You can currently schedule an email campaign for a specific day in the future. However, we're working on a more advanced email automation feature that includes time-driven triggers, allowing you to schedule recurring campaigns daily, weekly, or monthly. This feature will be rolled out in a few weeks. I'll be sure to add a comment on this answer as soon as email automation is live.
A: Yes, if you have a large number of emails, Mail Rocket will automatically schedule the emails to be sent on a daily basis. For example, if your email list has 10,000 contacts and your daily sending limit is 2,000 emails, Mail Rocket will schedule and send 2,000 emails each day for 5 days. This way, you don’t need to manually track which emails were sent on which day—Mail Rocket handles it all for you.
Hello! Does it work if I want them to be sent from my company email? That is to say, it is not Gmail (I have a personal Gmail), but I want my clients to receive it from my business email. Is that possible?
A: Mail Rocket currently requires a Gmail or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account to send emails. If your company email is part of a Google Workspace setup, you can use it to send emails. However, if your company email is from a different provider, this would not be supported at the moment.
It would be great if emails can be sent from multiple senders from a single email list - Sender Email Rotation feature
For example, if there are 50,000 contacts in a Google Sheet and we need to send emails to all of them, then (1) it will take 25 days to send 50,000 emails from one user, (2) if the plan is for 10 users, then using Sender Email Rotation feature, 50,000 emails can be sent in just 3 days.
A: This feature is not currently possible with Mail Rocket. Each user can only send emails from their individual Gmail or Google Workspace account, and we do not support sender email rotation at this time.
A: No, Mail Rocket does not include any branding on the emails you send. Your emails are sent directly through your Gmail or Google Workspace account, keeping your branding intact without any Mail Rocket logos or signatures.
A: There is no inherent issue with sending cold emails within Google Workspace, but you should be cautious. Sending too many cold emails too quickly can negatively affect your email account's reputation, potentially leading to your emails being marked as spam.
Google Workspace accounts are subject to email sending limits (up to 2,000 emails per day), and it's important to use best practices—like avoiding spammy content, including an unsubscribe link, and personalizing your emails—to help ensure deliverability.
A: Yes, each user corresponds to an additional email account. If the account is a Google Workspace account, each email can send up to 2,000 emails per day. If it's a regular Gmail account, the sending limit is 500 emails per day.

Hello,
For each user does that mean an additional email account? can each email send 2000.00 emails per day?
