My code redemption didn't seem to work. In the manage account section of mail rocket, it says that I am under the Free account with it's limits. I attempted to redeem my appsumo code multiple times and I get a "already redeem notice". I am using the same email so don't know if this is a appsumo code issue or a mail rocket issue. Who should I contact for support?
I added Mail Rocket to my Google Workspace account, and now I'm seeing there is a limit of 500 emails/day...... not 2,000. What gives? Please adjust or tell me what I need to do.
In Tier 1, you are offering 2,000 emails per day per user. By "per user," do you mean one email address? If so, how can we send 2,000 emails from a single Gmail address, considering the daily sending limits? (Using Gmail Account) Additionally, is it possible to send a single email instead of a campaign? Will your tool provide insights on whether the recipient has opened or seen the email? I am looking for a complete tracking system. Thank you

Hi, each license is for an email access? If i want to use it with multiple email sender do i have to purchase separate license or the "users" are intended as separate ones? (i don't have google workspaces, plan to use for clients)
