Since we last spoke, we have upgraded our servers, improved our artificial intelligence algorithms and email moving ability, and developed an algorithm to detect and eliminate email bounces! 📩
We want to apologise to our users who experienced temporary delivery issues - in upgrading our servers we had to rewrite some elements of our codebase - but everything is now up and running!📬
We are excited to help you improve your email deliverability and make more sales - and have more developments on the way that will improve our service ✌🏻
Our roadmap for developments includes -
1- Upgrade servers to improve speed in peer2 peer network ✅ 2 - Improve our artificial intelligence training for even more realistic emails ✅ 3 - Improve ability to detect emails sent to spam or promotions ✅ 4 - Develop an algorithm to detect and remove email bounces ✅ 5 - Revised onboarding process to bypass app passwords 6 - AI smart tagging in based on recipient’s name and company in emails 7 - Email reputation score tracker 8 - Much more ...

On Saturday, the chat box said support would be back on Monday, then Tuesday. Today (Wednesday), chat box says support typically replies in 48 hours. Other commenters & reviewers have mentioned that the service has been down multiple times for multiple days. There's no Twitter feed, no Facebook group, no updates on the website. Looks like an amazing product if it actually exists.
Since launching on Appsumo we onboarded a lot of customers during our campaign - as such we experienced some server issues.
Supporting our P2P network happens using the IMAP protocol which is a slow protocol. Our tech team is now rebuilding our backend so we are able to support our network and more!
I tried to connect with them. No response from them. Not sure if it even works now. Appsumo should look into it. Bringing in deals that doesn't work is a concern.
Q: I also just went to your website and the links don't work on mobile nor do you have a contact button buy you ...
do have a support button that does not do anything when you click it. I wanted to purchase this full stack but I can already tell all this AND not responding to any sumolings = EASY PASS for me 👎
Q: Will you run this deal again anytime soon?

I emailed them over a week ago with a question. No response from their support email either.

Q: With the 5 mailbox lifetime deal is it possible to connect an email address, get it warmed up....
and disconnect it, and then connect another in its place?
i.e. is it 5 active mailboxes or 5 mailboxes over the lifetime of an account?
