After testing a large number of knowledgebase solutions — including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Zoho — Eniston is by far the best.

I got a notification that the FAQ system I have used for years is going out of business. It was another AS LTD and I have always loved it. So, I went looking. Enter eniston! I'm still migrating, fine tuning, figuring out, and so on, but everything I need to replace my old standby is here. If anything, eniston is organized better and is easier/more straightforward to use. So, I am SUPER happy to find this deal and get in before it closed. My FAQ LIVES!

After a month of contemplation and considerations regarding the time and effort one spends implementing a KB solution for the longer term; I decided to give Eniston a try. For all things basic and necessary for a KB solution it is superb and practical to get started with right away.
Mobile app would be excellent for edits and updates of KBs on the go.

For viewing; the mobile responsiveness is ok for now but becomes a bit challenging when their are links in articles

Folder and article level sharing permissions would make this tool amazing ie for users added to platform.

Thanks for investing your time and also stating your commitment to keeping this solution alive for the longer term. This is very important for users like me who need to use my KB on a daily basis and for the longer term.

For the last several years, I have used a screen-record program, google docs, and emailed links over to my admin team. This wasnt the plan, its just how it happened over the years! This year I knew I needed something better. I started to research different products and tested to see which one worked best. Eniston is the clear winner! Very easy to set up, customize, and manage! I am still diving into the workspaces however so far everything set up as I needed it to!

Eniston does the job well. Compared to other out there. Its fairly priced, and very clean. Highly recommend it.
