A: Hi Dinesh,

In FlowyTeam, each code gives lifetime access to 10 users. For example, 1 code allows 10 users, 2 codes allow 20 users, and 3 codes allow 30 users. You can also stack codes to expand your team’s access at any time, if you purchase additional codes later, they will simply be added on top of your current plan. This way, you can scale easily as your team grows.

Q: Some features not working.

Hello,

I knocked your team with a support ticket but no response.

I am facing these issues below:

I can't attach a file on task.
The team member never gets any push notification which is turned on. I am going it manually, like sending them message again on Slack.
Need to remove the owner column from the task view.
Every time I open the website to do any task, it asks me to login even though I check on Remember me.
I am really not enjoying this software. This is making me very manual. And can't see any benefits.

Will these problems can be solved? How can I reach out to you?

Q: Coaching Client Access to KPI Dashboards

I previously asked about giving my coaching clients the ability to input and access their own data. In addition, I’d like them to be able to view the KPI dashboard to see an overview of their OKRs and KPIs. Is this currently possible, or could this capability be added so clients can access the KPI dashboards?

A: Hello, at the moment, the client dashboard does not include KPI or OKR visibility. If you’d like your coaching clients to access OKRs and KPIs, we recommend registering them as employees within the system. This way, they’ll be able to access the Tasks, OKRs, and KPIs modules.
