Can I use this for a cooking equipment manufacturer to track leads and manage stock?
I want the sales guys to log their prospecting via email, phone and physical meeting. Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. The support team will add details about sold equipment, including the customer name, equipment location, serial number, sales terms (rental or outright purchase), and service and maintenance scheduling. Additionally, overseeing external vendors and service providers.

I am having trouble finding documentation on this.

I want to display information on my client side dashboard.
I want to display a renewal date for clients.
The Notice Board or Events might be a good place, but I am unsure how to add information there.

The Notice Board is currently for internal use only. However, you can use the Project Module under the Milestone section to add notices or renewal dates for your clients.
