Each FlowyTeam workspace is built around one organization. Your strategy, OKRs/KPIs, HR, and finance data all live within that single company structure. If you run multiple separate businesses, the recommended setup is a separate workspace for each business. Since our AppSumo deal is stackable, many multi-business owners simply purchase codes for each company and keep the data, teams, and reporting cleanly separated.
As for agency vs. single business: FlowyTeam works well for both. For agencies, you can manage each client as a project, use the CRM to track leads and clients, share project progress with clients, communicate via support tickets, and even onboard clients with your own customization. That said, the core design is one organization with multiple team members. Client-facing features are included
Is the highest tier an agency plan? No, actually our tiers differ by the number of users/employees, not by features. Every tier includes all 30+ modules (OKR, KPI, Projects, CRM, HRMS, Finance, AI tools, etc.), so the highest tier simply gives you a larger team capacity rather than agency-specific functionality.
