Lackadaisical Customer Support
It's been over a week we reached out to FlowyTeam customer support for an urgent issue and to get a hang of things, yet we've received, No meaningful response from their end. I tagged Appsumo's Customer Support along the way, and they've followed up twice with FlowyTeam, yet it's All Crickets from The FlowyTeam Customer Support. We had high hopes for this tool based on reviews, but our practical experience so far leaves so much to be desired. It's disappointing and worrisome. We look forward to a better working relationship with FlowyTeam, but for now, it's not meeting up to the standard for us!

To give a bit of context, our support is handled primarily through our ticketing system, which helps us track and resolve issues properly. Requests coming in via email or other channels can unfortunately experience delays if they’re not linked to a ticket, which may be what happened here.
If you could please email us at hello@flowyteam.com with your ticket number (or let us know if one hasn’t been created yet), we’ll immediately look into the status and make sure it’s addressed. For most code-related issues, updates are usually completed within a few hours. If the issue is of a different nature, just let us know and we’ll prioritize accordingly.
