Jun 4, 2026A: First, please accept our sincerest apologies for the delayed response. We have been working incredibly hard on the massive RTILA X (v8.3+) update. Additionally, we experienced a brief, unexpected server outage in late May 2026 which temporarily affected our website and licensing servers. This has been fully resolved, and our infrastructure is back to normal.
