I had the free version but nothing worked. I got a single code here and still does not work. By "work" I mean do anything at all. It fails to even try to start a project. There is not even a selector panel in my browser when I start a new project, and I can find no debug tutorials. Sometimes I get 8 empty browser tabs from an initiation. Other times I get a landing page for rtila. Sometimes I get to see the site I want, but there is NO selector pane on the right. How do I move forward with your software from here?

Jun 4, 2026A: Hi user9599, We are very sorry for the delayed response and the frustration you've experienced. We recently had a brief server outage in late May that affected some services, but it is now fully resolved.
Regarding the software: RTILA X (our latest version) uses a brand new architecture. The selector panel is now integrated directly into your browser as an Extension Side Panel, rather than a floating window. Please ensure you have the RTILA extension installed and the Side Panel opened. If you are seeing empty tabs, it may be related to the recent server outage preventing the extension from authenticating your project. Please try again now that the servers are back online, and reach out to our support email if you need a direct walkthrough!
