does this work on on Apple products and through safari?

A: The application uses components that are specific to the Windows environment, so it currently runs only on Windows.
We’re sorry that it’s not available for other platforms such as macOS or Linux.

A: The application supports both editing options: crop, as well as zoom and pan.

Q: Just wondering if this also does non-video based user guides (ie. Word guides)

A: Thank you for your interest in our application.
At the moment, the application supports exporting to video (mp4, wmv), image (bmp, png, jpg, tif, gif, webp, heif), and audio formats (m4a, wav, mp3, wma).
In upcoming versions, we plan to add the option to export as a series of images (HTML) or as a Word document.
We will let you know as soon as this feature becomes available.
